Map Shipping

All maps will be shipped from our production center in the Madison, WI area.

Paper, Laminated, and Hang Rail maps will be rolled and shipped in durable tubes. Maps will never be folded.

Mounted maps and framed maps will be packaged as needed.

Domestic Shipping (within USA)

Domestic Shipping Speeds

For domestic shipping (within the USA), we offer 3 shipping speeds through UPS:

• Ground
• 2 Day Air
• Next Day Air

Ground shipping will typically arrive in the time listed below:

Domestic Shipping Costs

Ground shipping is available for all orders for a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

Costs for other shipping methods are determined based on the total amount of the order, and are calculated at checkout. The starting rates are as follows:

Shipping Huge Sizes Domestically

Any map you buy on Outlook Maps can be shipped domestically.

However, Huge sized maps that must be shipped flat (mounted map or framed map), are not available for any expedited shipping methods. This size can only be shipped through "GROUND" shipping, and will be shipped to you via domestic freight which requires 2-3 week shipping time.

International Map Shipping

Generally, we can ship our maps globally.

Maps shipped internationally (including shipments to Canada) will be shipped through USPS Priority International, with transit times of 6-10 business days depending on country of destination.

International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are determined automatically based on the dollar amount of the order.

For example, here are some sample rates based on map sizes and finishing options:

Shipping rates to Canada are $5.00 less than the standard international rates above.

International Size Restrictions

Different countries of destination have different size restrictions. Maps that must be shipped flat (framed maps or mounted maps) are the most restrictive, while maps that can be rolled in tubes are less restrictive.

Before ordering a large map or a framed/mounted map to be shipped internationally, it is wise to first contact us and provide the details of the map you intend to order and destination so we can confirm that shipment will be possible.

International Taxes and Duties

All of our international map shipments include a declaration of the value and description of the shipment. Compliance with any value-added taxes or duties is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Due to complexity of tax laws and variation between countries, we cannot offer any additional advice or information regarding whether or not such fees will be required or on the amount of such fees.
