Map Return Policy
Note: All maps include a zoomable preview image that allows you to zoom in and see the detail provided in the map. Before ordering a map, please use this tool and make sure the design and detail of the map or poster is sufficient for your needs.
General Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for a 100% refund within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your purchase. For general returns, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Error, Damage, or Defect
If the nature of the return is due to our error (incorrect shipment, product defect, product damaged on arrival), we will additionally refund both your original shipping costs and cover the costs of the return shipment.

Gift Receipt / Extended Return Period
If the product is intended to be a gift, or for another reason you would like to extend the 7 day return period, simply contact us before the 7 day period is over. We are flexible!
Maps Sold Through 3rd Party Retailers
The above return policy applies only to maps sold directly by Outlook Maps.
Third party retailers, including but not limited to maps.com, mapsales.com, zazzle.com, all have their own independent return policies.
